Lebudlu mix / Amagobongo mix is used:

Instuction of use:
Mix with water and beat until foam forms. Leave over-night. The next morning at 3pm use the mix to call the ancestors. Beat the mix until foam forms and only drink the foam. Repeat for 6 days and the 7th day put a little in the water you wash or bath with.
